Elsa Muñoz: Studio Visit & Conversation at Zhou B Art Center

Kick start the new year with an intimate studio visit & conversation with Elsa Muñoz!

Elsa Muñoz is a Mexican-American artist born and raised on the South Side of Chicago (1983). Muñoz credits her interest in both nature and healing to her experience growing up in an underserved and often unsafe community with little access to green spaces. Having to spend most of her childhood indoors led to the cultivation of a rich inner world in which she was able to find beauty and sanctuary. Her work explores the threads connecting ecology, personal health and spirituality.

If you attended the EarlyWork Rococinco dinner presented in partnership with Rococo Art Advisory founded by Maria Vogel during Chicago Exhibition Weekend (CXW) in October, you're probably already familiar with her practice since we dined on an interactive course inspired by her practice! This is a great opportunity to build on your relationship with Elsa!

While in the studio, members will get a sneak peek of the production for two solo shows she's preparing for Spring 2025!
