Chicago Art Week | Barely Fair VIP & Cocktails at Lewis Bag with Tony Lewis

Since its inaugural edition in 2018, BARELY FAIR has become a beloved contributor to Chicago Art Week.

BARELY FAIR is a 1:12 scale international art fair operated by the Julius Caesar artist collective. The invitational fair presents a tiny peek inside the programming of contemporary art galleries, project spaces, and curatorial projects during Art Week in Chicago. Exhibitors present works inside 20 x 20 inch booths arranged in the format of a standard art fair.

If you're curious about BARELY FAIR, or just can't wait to return, Gertie has you covered! On Saturday of Chicago Art Week we are heading to McKinley Park for the fair's LAST CALL VIP experience. This includes after hours access to the fair and entry to Lewis Bag, an experimental cocktail lounge installation by artist Tony Lewis. Lewis Bag adds expanded lounge space for fair attendees to enjoy BARELY FAIR with an open bar stocked with intimate curated cocktail experiences.

Julius Caesar is an artist collective founded in 2008. An ever-evolving group of artists act as co-directors, currently Tony Lewis and Roland Miller.
